Standard Profile Aluminum Flash Collar - For 3" Diameter Pole - Satin

This silver aluminum flash collar fits 3" base diameter flagpoles. Flash collars are used to sit at the base of the flagpole on the ground and cover the hole where the flagpole sits. Dimensions: 12" Diameter, 1.75" Height. Fits our 20' heavy-duty flag pole and any flag pole with a 3" butt diameter.
